We are extremely delighted to announce that at Keyzo IT Solutions (parent company of Bytron Aviation Systems) we have been granted the Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award 2023, for proudly supporting those who serve in the armed forces!
In 2021 we made a pledge to the Armed Forces Covenant, committing to honour and support the Armed Forces Community. We recognise the value serving personnel, veterans and military families contribute to our country as well as our business. The skills they not only bring to the business, but the positive contributions each of them have and continue to bring to the teams.
Last year in 2022, we proudly achieved the Bronze Award recognition as being an Armed Forces Employer. This strengthened our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant and everything it stands for, to ensure those who serve are treated fairly and are not disadvantaged in their day-to-day lives.
The ERS encourages employers to support defence and the armed forces community, and inspire others to do the same. We actively hold help for heroes fundraising events throughout the year, as well as interview our current armed forces veterans to encourage others to apply for our latest career vacancies. As part of our pledge we actively promote positive polices on reserves and demonstrate our support for reserve training and mobilisation.
In total the Employer Recognition Scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards. So it is fantastic news that after only one year since we were awarded Bronze, we have now achieved the ERS silver award! Here is the official press release.
Some of our team are currently raising money for an Armed Forces Day help for heroes skydive. You can find out more and donate via this link: Help for Heroes skydive
