Keep your aircraft within safe limits throughout every flight with the skybook Weight & Balance EFB module.
Easy to configure profiles via the Ground Portal means the W&B envelope and aircraft data is auto-designated when choosing the sector.
Incorporate Weight & Balance into your EFB workflow for quick and precise input of load and fuel within the center of gravity envelope.
The Basic Operating Weight (BOW) is automatically taken from the W&B configuration. skybook calculates the weights for Zero Fuel Weight (ZFW), Takeoff Weight (TOW), Landing Weight (LDW) based on the input data.
These are accurately plotted onto the aircraft's Weight & Balance CG envelope to ensure it remains within safe operating limits.
Once the CG is within the correct limits, pilots can access a simplified digital loadsheet. This allows them to sign and send the W&B loadsheet to the ground team using a secure signature approval.
Allowing crew to share the same weight & balance data between EFB devices if required, using enhanced syncing connectivity to ensure a smooth transfer.
The weight & balance configuration is setup on the Ground Portal by the operator, using information from the W&B manual for each aircraft.
The Last Minute Change calculator allows crew of larger aircraft to make quick changes to the aircraft's load within acceptable center of gravity safety limits.
Creating additional revenue for commercial airlines by accurately allowing extra items on a flight, ensuring confidence in the process.
Warns crew if last minute changes made have gone outside the aircraft CG limits of weight, changes or index.
Easily add or remove changes to Passengers, Baggage, Hand Luggage and Cargo. With instant feedback on how the changes will impact the weight.
Once the loadsheet is signed off and synced to the Ground Portal the information is available within the flight summary.
You can generate reports, print or export the data if needed. Weight & balance and LMC calculations can be reviewed and stored securely for up to 5 years.
